As we approach the 2018-19 NFL season, what games will be most difficult for the Green Bay Packers?

According to the NFL strength of schedule, the Green Bay Packers have the toughest schedule in the entire league.

Their opponents for this season owned a combined record of 138-118 in 2017, a .539 winning percentage. With that in mind, there are not many “easy” games on the Packers schedule. However, the Packers aren’t a scrub team by any means, especially with Aaron Rodgers back at the helm. They can compete with nearly every team in the league, thus, making some of their more difficult games a bit easier than some may think.

Now, before digging into this there are a few things I should point out about how I’m determining which games are easiest and which games will be the most difficult.

Home and away will play a factor into determining the toughest and easiest games as will what week it is in. You have to expect normal wear and tear on the players as the season progresses.

Quick turnarounds will also be taken into consideration. For instance, the Packers game against the Seattle Seahawks will be much more difficult than their following game against the Minnesota Vikings. This doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with the opponent, more so it has to do with the number of days off.

Later season games will follow the same pattern. As we know, teams like to rest players once they have clinched a playoff spot. In this case, I’ll be ignoring that fact and still rate the games on how each roster stands now.

Also as a side note, I’m considering each opponent’s roster as it is right now, not who may or may not be signed/injured by the time the Packers square off against them. After all, I can’t see into the future.
