The Green Bay Packers have some big roster cuts coming up. Some have been making a good case for themselves, but others have been letting themselves down.

The Green Bay Packers are just a couple weeks away from regular season play. As they progress further through training camp, some players have shown out more than others. There are not a ton of available spot on the roster. This year, more than others, training camp performance could be the difference between making the roster or getting cut. As cuts begin to happen, it’ll be interesting to see what pins fall first.

While some players have underperformed, others have been putting together a strong case to make the final 53. Every year, there is at least one player, who, more than others builds a fan base with consistently strong play in both camp and preseason games. This year is no exception to that rule. Several players have gone from unknowns to mainstays that will be considered upsets if they don’t make the final roster.

2018 is going to be a big season for the Packers as they are looking to maximize their window with Aaron Rodgers under center. It will be interesting to see if the Packers prioritize long-term potential or present value when cuts happen. Bottom line, these final two weeks will be important for several players as they look to put the finishing touches on their case to make this season’s roster.
