The Green Bay Packers take on the Tennessee Titans in the first game of the 2018 preseason. Here are five predictions for the upcoming game.

The Green Bay Packers kick off the beginning of the 2018 preseason with a home game against the Tennesee Titans on Thursday, Aug. 9 at 7 pm Central. This will officially mark the beginning of real, live football for the 2018 season.

As of now, a lot of players have a fairly clean slate. They’ve had a couple of weeks of practices to show the coaches what they can do, but everyone will get an opportunity come preseason. This represents a lot of hopes and dreams for players who may never get another shot like this again.

Overall, the Packers front office and coaching staff will mainly be looking for players to prove they can do their jobs. It’s very unlikely a future star will be unearthed during the preseason, however, it is an opportunity for players to begin building their pedigree. As head coach Mike McCarthy says, he just wants players to begin “stacking success.”

As part of Dairyland Express’ preview for all Packers’ games this season, we’ll be making predictions about the different outcomes of the games. These predictions might be specific to the individual or the team as a whole. Without further ado, let’s dive into our first edition.
