3. Overexposure of other top stars

One of Antetokounmpo’s other great advantages is that he’s not yet overexposed. Even though he’s entering his sixth season in the NBA, he’s still fresh in the minds of fans and voters thanks to his ever-evolving game.

The other part is the overexposure of other top stars. Players such as Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant and LeBron James have been so consistently great over the past few years that it’s come to be expected. When they are so good for so long, people often sleep on their greatness. James Harden also just won his first MVP, something that may have been a year or two too late. Taking him off the table is another positive for Antetokounmpo.

Similar to Anthony Davis, Antetokounmpo is next in line for the MVP. He played at an MVP level all season and is set to do it again. Voters are likely to continue to be entranced with his ability to do things that have never been done. This should tip the cap in his favor, just a little bit more.
