1. Minnesota Vikings

With the Minnesota Vikings having quite possibly the most talent in the division at every position, they are clear favorites to win the NFC North.

Kirk Cousins is a pretty decent quarterback, not great, but good. He also has never had the talent around him that he does now. So that will do wonders for not only his numbers, but his confidence as well.

Cousins will have weapons upon weapons in the passing game. With Kyle Rudolph at tight end, Adam Thielen and last years playoff hero Stefon Diggs at wide receiver, this Vikings offense should undoubtedly rank top-10 if not top-five this season. This doesn’t even include the threat of a healthy Dalvin Cook and Latavius Murray in the backfield.

The Vikings offensive line is about average, not as deep as some believe. It’s the defense that is the bigger outlier here. Outstanding depth at the defensive line, linebacker, cornerback and safety. Basically a lot of their second string guys could be starters on a few other teams.

Don’t expect any of these teams to just roll over against Minnesota though, the NFC North remains as competitive as ever. Each of these teams will look to contend, regardless of how they stack up against the competition. It will be a fun year in the division and a race to the playoffs.
