13. Donte DiVincenzo

Another 17th overall pick, this time in the 2018 NBA Draft, Donte DiVincenzo hopes to avoid the path laid out for him by Wilson and Rashad Vaughn. Unfortunately, he’s not off to a blazing hot start during the month following his selection.

DiVincenzo missed the first couple of games in Summer League thanks to an injury. When he finally did make it on the court, he wasn’t overly impressive. His skill set is certainly limited to catch-and-shoot threes and good effort on defense. However, that may be enough for what the Bucks are looking for.

Even still, his outside shooting is unproved at the NBA level which is why he’s so low to begin with. Until he proves it on the NBA court, he’ll remain here on this list. Still, there’s a path to playing time for the rookie this season. If he can prove to be a reliable outside shooter and serviceable on defense, he may be exactly what the doctor ordered for this Bucks’ team.
