2. Geronimo Allison

Geronimo Allison is smack dab in the middle of a battle for the all-important third wide receiver spot. Davante Adams and Randall Cobb are locked into their positions atop the depth chart. “Tight end” Jimmy Graham will also see some time in the slot. After them, however, it’s anyone’s guess.

Green Bay drafted three receivers, J’Mon Moore, Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Equanimeous St. Brown, to help shore up the position after releasing Jordy Nelson. Trevor Davis has also had a nice camp, proving we can’t discount his chance yet.

Despite all those players, Allison probably has the best chance to earn the job. He’s flashed some skill and potential before, knows the offense the best and has the best rapport with Aaron Rodgers. Now, he just has to become more consistent. Look for that to happen in August.
