4. Ha Ha Clinton-Dix

Ha Ha Clinton-Dix had a very questionable season last year, but was absolutely spectacular in 2016. He’s playing for a new contract this year, so expect him to come out guns blazing and earn himself a huge deal.

The reason he’s so irreplaceable, however, is because of the lack of experience at safety opposite Clinton-Dix. Morgan Burnett departed for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the offseason, leaving Kentrell Brice and Josh Jones to fight for the starting spot.

Both players are talented, Jones in particular, but lack experience and consistent positive results at the NFL level to allow anyone to trust them this year. While they may turn out to be able to hold their own, the Packers can’t afford Clinton-Dix to miss any time. If that happens, Green Bay’s secondary will be extremely thin and vulnerable on the back end.
