1. Road Games

Even though the Badgers don’t have an extremely difficult schedule in 2018, they do have a number of road contests that could present some challenges. This could be a good thing in the long run if they are able to make it through unscathed. However, there are a number of times they could get tripped up in their run for perfection.

Their first challenge comes in their first week of Big Ten Play when they travel to Iowa City to face the Iowa Hawkeyes. Then, two weeks later, they play the Michigan Wolverines at the Big House. We’ll have a pretty good idea where the Badgers stand after their first three weeks in the conference schedule.

They still have another tough road game looming later in the season when they are forced to travel to Penn State to take on the Nittany Lions. Penn State is perhaps the best team Wisconsin will see all year and it comes in unfriendly territory.

If the Badgers make it through those Big Ten games, they will have earned their spot at the top of the conference. However, it also presents a number of opportunities for them to get tripped up along the way.
