4. Montravius Adams

Montravius Adams was a third round pick out of Auburn in 2017. Unfortunately, he basically missed most of last season thanks to a stress fracture he suffered in his foot very early in camp. While he was gone, our hearts have grown fonder of the defensive lineman.

Even though Green Bay’s defensive line is stacked with the likes of Mike Daniels, Kenny Clark and Muhammad Wilkerson, Adams has the opportunity to play a big part. New defensive coordinator Mike Pettine likes to play multiple fronts and could even show some 4-3 in games. If that’s the case, Adams would have a great opportunity to become one of the four down linemen. He’ll also work in as a sub in their base packages in order to keep the starters fresh.

Adams is supremely talented and can easily make a name for himself in camp. It’s harder for linemen to get the training camp darling title, as they don’t play as glamorous a position as a receiver. Still, if Adams can take advantage of going up against some backups, he could easily show off his skill set and light the world on fire.
