The Green Bay Packers have a handful of players from young guys to veterans who have a lot to prove, but none more than these five players.

With the Green Bay Packers opening up training camp on July 26, the 2018 NFL season is almost one step closer to becoming a reality. When that happens, fans and players everywhere will rejoice simultaneously. It’s been a long road since the last meaningful football game was played, especially for Green Bay.

Every year in training camp, certain players are fighting for their hypothetical lives. Whether that be on their current team or the NFL altogether. Regardless, it’s another opportunity for each individual to impress their employer and prove they belong in the league.

The five players on this list range anywhere from fighting for a roster spot to battling for a backup job to solidifying their spot as a starter. Where ever they fall on that spectrum, they have more to prove than anyone else on the Packers’ roster.

At some point in their career, whether it be when they were initially drafted or not, each of these guys was expected to have some sort of positive impact on the team. For some of them, this has happened. For others, they haven’t come anywhere close. Without further ado, let’s examine the five Packers’ with the most to prove at this year’s training camp.
