5. Collected Shooters

The Bucks have struggled to adapt to modern times, especially under former head coach Jason Kidd. While the rest of the league was launching threes, they were intent on running their corner offense and over utilizing half the floor.

The good news is all that should change under Budenholzer. Budenholzer values an offense that utilized ball movement and spacing to maximize the talents on the floor. He understands the intricacies of the modern NBA and embraces it.

Even though Divincenzo, Ilyasova and Lopez all have their faults, they can all three space the floor. In adding three shooters to this roster, the Bucks are going to maximize Giannis Antetokounmpo’s potential and give him as much room to work with as possible. When the inevitable double team or help comes, the plan is for Antetokounmpo to dish it of off to one of the many shooter surrounding him.
