2. Aaron Jones

Aaron Jones was just in the beginning stages of making a name for himself last year before having to battle through injuries. Still, he provided enough on film to make people really believe he’s going to be the lead running back for Green Bay this season.

Unfortunately, he’s suspended for the first two games of the season and will have to wait until Week 3 to make a mark in the regular season. That should set him up well to go all out during training camp as a sort of apology to his teammates.

Jones is the most natural runner of the trio including Jamaal Williams and Ty Montgomery. Jones can do a little bit of everything and was able to display his full array of talent last season. Green Bay will likely want to go with a much more balanced approach this year in order to keep some of the pressure off Rodgers. Jones has to be one of the top guys to make a mark in July and August.
