The Green Bay Packers kick off training camp on July 26. Let’s preview five players who could potentially become the training camp MVP.

With the Green Bay Packers training camp set to kick off on July 26, we’ve almost made it through the NFL’s dead season. That means we won’t have any more wild speculation about what will or might happen and we can get down to business.

All joking aside, 2017 felt like a lost season for Packers’ fans. They’ve been waiting basically since Week 4 of last year to see some meaningful football. Getting closer and closer to the beginning of the 2018 season feels like a godsend.

Thankfully, we’re basically here. And every season, there are a few players that make a lot of noise during training camp. Whether anything ever comes of the noise is a different story. You’re likely to hear about how Player X had the best offseason of his life and is in the best shape of his life. However, you probably shouldn’t buy into the hype too much because that’s what we’re here for.

These upcoming five players are set to have breakout training camps and really make a name for themselves throughout the organization. They’ve worked harder than anyone all offseason and are hoping it will culminate in the prestigious training camp MVP (sarcasm). Without further ado, let’s list the five most likely candidates.
