3. Brian Dozier

Brian Dozier isn’t as versatile as his teammate, being stuck solely at second base. However, he traditionally brings more power to the plate than anyone on this list.

Dozier has hit 23 or more home runs in each of the last four seasons. That includes 42 in 2015 and 34 the following season. Unfortunately, his power stroke hasn’t quite been there this year, as he only has 16 home runs to his name.

The Brewers and Dozier have been linked by Ken Rosenthal, so there might be a decent chance the Brewers can acquire him. Dozier is a free agent at the end of the season so the price tag likely won’t be too high. A lot of his availability will depend on the Twins and whether they can stay in playoff contention or not.
