1. Ty Montgomery

Ty Montgomery is the perfect example that the NFL stands for Not For Long. It was only a year ago when scouts and fans alike were salivating over Montgomery’s potential. After having converted from wide receiver to running back, everyone was enamored with the things he can do.

However, after a disappointing and injury-filled 2017 season, everyone appears to have forgotten all about him. With guys like Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams, Montgomery has become just another guy on the field. My, how quickly people forget.

Heading into 2018, especially for the first two games with Jones suspended, Montgomery will have every opportunity to remind everyone why he’s such a unique talent. He can line up all over the field and make the offense completely unpredictable.

All five of these guys can have a major impact on the 2018 Packers’ season. Look for the hype surrounding these players to amp up as training camp gets underway and the games start getting played.
