The Green Bay Packers have the opportunity to bring a very impactful rookie class on the field in 2018. Let’s make some crazy predictions.

Per usual, the Green Bay Packers will rely heavily on their young players to make an impact in the upcoming season. For 2018, that specifically includes the incoming rookie class.

This year’s (drafted) rookie class consists of 11 different players including three wide receivers, two cornerbacks, one punter and one long snapper among others. The hope is that the Packers can find at least two-three immediate contributors out of that group.

Even though that may be a lot to ask for, it’s certainly doable considering the amount of talent in the incoming class. General manager Jon Horst was able to secure two players worthy of first round picks in Jaire Alexander (18th overall pick) and Josh Jackson (45th overall pick). They also selected certain players who may never see the field full-time, but have a specific talent or ability that will allow them to carve out a niche with the team.

Given how much we like to make predictions that end up confirming our low IQ and that we don’t actually watch games (joking), let’s get a little crazy here. Without further ado, here are five bold predictions for the Packers’ incoming rookie class.
