1. Kevin King

Kevin King is the number one player who is poised to break out at training camp. He had a very up and down rookie season, but has all the physical tools to become one of the elite cornerbacks in the NFL.

As a coverage man, he can run with just about any receiver and use his height and length to put his hands on the others. This rare combination allows him to disrupt receivers and throw off their timing within the offense.

He also shows out in run support. At times last season, King wasn’t afraid to throw his body and ball-carries and bring them down with the low-shoulder tackle similar to the Charles Woodson days. While this can be a dangerous and risky technique, it has proven to work for past defensive backs in Green Bay.

The biggest question mark facing King is his health He struggled with a shoulder injury throughout 2017 and even dating back to his days at Washington. If he can’t get that under control, his career may be in jeopardy. However, this is the perfect time for him to start with a clean slate and prove to everyone he’s worth a top pick.
