5. How will the running back rotation shake out?

Head coach Mike McCarthy is infamous for riding the hot hand when it comes to doling out carries to his running backs. Sometimes this approach has worked, but other times it has backfired miserably.

Hopefully, new/old offensive coordinator Joe Philbin can shake McCarthy out of this bad habit and introduce him to a new way of thinking. The Packers should take after the New England Patriots who feature their bevy of running backs in a way that suits each of their individual talents. If the Packers can do this, they’ll maximize the trio of backs they have.

Unfortunately, we have yet to see evidence it might play out this way. This is one of the biggest questions that will be played out as the preseason goes along.
