2. Ha Ha Clinton-Dix

Ha Ha Clinton-Dix is one of the most perplexing free agents out there in 2019. He had a good season in 2017 and made his first Pro Bowl. However, he followed that up with a dud in 2018 and seemed to take a massive step backward. Many fans have nightmares about Clinton-Dix blindly missing tackles and allowing the ball-carrier to run free.

Still, Clinton-Dix swears he will be better in 2018 and his struggles had more to do with those around him than himself. He better hope he’s right because this will be a huge season for him, as he looks to break the bank on his first big contract.

The Packers already let their other starting safety from 2017 walk, Morgan Burnett, and could hardly afford to do the same with Clinton-Dix in back to back seasons. That should give the safety some leverage in negotiations considering the lack of a backup plan. Still, Clinton-Dix will have to show out on the field and prove to the front office he’s worthy of a lucrative deal.
