Fourth quarter (4-0)

The Packers end the season just how they started it-by running the table. Green Bay kicks off the final stretch by playing the Atlanta Falcons at home. The Packers are able to exorcise some past demons and take down the Falcons to move to 10-3.

In the following week, the Packers travel to Chicago for their second matchup against the Bears. Fortunately, this is where the schedule lightens up a bit and allows Green Bay to get a victory on the road.

In Week 16, the Packers have another road game, this time against the New York Jets. The Jets figure to be abysmal in 2018 and Green Bay should have their way with them as they cruise to a victory.

In the final game of the season, Green Bay is able to wrap up the one-seed in the NFC by taking down the Lions at home and move to 13-3. That wraps up a great regular season and allows them to head into the postseason having won five straight games.
