1. Week 17 vs Detroit Lions

This is the final game that might decide the Packers’ 2018 season. The Lions missed the playoffs last season after going 9-7 for the second consecutive year. They’ll certainly be in the race again and it could come down to this Week 17 matchup to decide which NFC North team gets in.

In that sense, the Packers need to do everything they can to keep their division rival out and catapult themselves back in. Also, given their tough stretch during the middle of the season, Green Bay needs to start and end on a very high note.

The Packers will also have revenge on their mind for this game. They are unlikely to forget how the Lions kicked them when they were down in Week 17 of last year and ran up the score. The Packers will come out and play extremely hard, hoping to give Detroit a taste of their own medicine.

Overall, the Packers must take advantage during these extremely vulnerable points in the season. There will likely be a few ups and downs, but Green Bay must avoid the extreme downs. These are all good games that will define their season, for better or worse.
