The Green Bay Packers were hardly represented in the Pro Bowl last season. That will change in 2018 with at least these five players.

As a result of a down season in 2017, the Green Bay Packers were underrepresented in the Pro Bowl. For the first time since 2013, they only had two players (Davante Adams and Mike Daniels) elected to the annual event.

That also marked the fourth straight year they saw their selections decline in number. In 2014 they had seven, five in 2015, four in 2016 and two last year.

Not that the Pro Bowl means as much as it once did, as they once prestigious recognition has lost some muster behind it. However, it’s still somewhat of a benchmark even if it means recognizing the more popular players in the league instead of the better ones.

Regardless, players still enjoy going to the event more often than not. I mean, it always feels good to be recognized as one of the best in the business and go to Florida for a week. These five Packers should be a lock to be elected to the Pro Bowl in 2018.
