7. DT Aaron Donald, Rams
Week 8- Oct. 28
Donald is one of the most dominant interior defensive lineman in NFL history and he’s only 27. His ability to disrupt the run game and rush the passer are two of the many reasons his peers voted him the sventh best player in the league on the NFL’s top 100 list for 2018.
The last time he faced the Packers he failed to record a sack but his presence was still felt. Green Bay’s offense only rushed for 86 yards on 27 attempts and Rodgers threw two interceptions. One of his worst performances on the year.
Pro Football Focus graded Donald at a near perfect score of 99.7 stating that he nearly broke their grading scale.
This offseason the Rams paired Ndamukong Suh up with Donald which will only help his impact. Together they are likely the best d-lineman duo in the league.
