3. Phoenix Suns

The Phoenix Suns are another team on this list who is in rebuilding mode. However, their timeline might be a bit accelerated thanks to No. 1 overall pick Deandre Ayton. Ayton teams with Devin Booker and gives them a current version of Shaquille O’Neal and Kobe Bryant.

Adding a player like Parker to the mix might give them three lethal scorers. Although the defense would be extremely questionable, the offense would be one of the elites in the NBA.

The Suns probably don’t have too many attractive assets to give up in any sign and trade for Parker, so that would be a deterrent for the Bucks. They have a stable of young big men in Marquese Chriss, Dragan Bender and Alex Len who haven’t lived up to the hype. They also have a couple of veterans on short contracts in Tyson Chandler and Jared Dudley who might entice Milwaukee. Either way, it would be an odd-fitting deal for the Bucks.
