Milwaukee Bucks: 8 teams who could take Jabari Parker away

5. Chicago Bulls

Given that Parker is from the Chicago area, this could be the option he most prefers. Even though Milwaukee is only a short drive away, there’s nothing like being home.

The Bulls are still in rebuilding mode, however, and have a ways to go until they are ready to compete with the big boys. They do have Lauri Markkanen to build around, but he might not be a franchise player. They also have their own restricted free agent decision to make with Zach LaVine.

It’s unclear who the Bucks would want in a trade with Chicago. They must be extremely careful given Parker’s potential and the fact they don’t want to give a division rival a key player. Robin Lopez and Bobby Portis are two names that stand out, however, making any deal work would be complicated. The Bucks must decide what’s in their own best interest at the end of the day.
