3. Derrick Rose, Guard

Ah, Derrick Rose. The once rising star and former MVP of the NBA has fallen far from grace. Multiple injuries have sapped his once elite athleticism and turned him into a black hole of sorts who struggles to understand his current skill set.

Even though Milwaukee is stacked at point guard with Eric Bledsoe, Brogdon, Malcolm Brogdon, Matthew Dellavedova, Brandon Jennings and potentially rookie Donte DiVincenzo, there could still be a path where they might be looking to add another point guard.

Jennings contract isn’t guaranteed so the Bucks could move on from him with no strings attached. Dellavedova has been rumored to be a part of trade discussions so the Bucks can dump salary so that’s another option if they can find a fair deal. The same goes for Bledsoe. Brogdon and DiVincenzo can also play the 2 which makes them flexible and not locked in at the position.

If any of those happens, the Bucks could be looking for a third point guard. If that’s the case, they should stay far away from Rose who still envisions himself as a star and would only create locker room and on the court issues with the Bucks.
