Pettine has coordinated for five seasons. His defenses ranked no worse than 10th in yards per game.

Rodgers has been given two new tight end weapons to use, along with a young, versatile running back group. Davante Adams is healthy with a new deal. The offense is set up for success with weapons all over the field.

The defense has let Rodgers and the offense down more than once in recent years. Since the team last won a Super Bowl in the 2010 season, the defense has given up an average of 33.83 points in those losses. This year could be different with a new scheme and several young, talented faces in key spots.
