Los Angeles Rams: Week 8

I’m a firm believer in “Defense Wins Championships” and when it comes to the Los Angeles Rams, they’re up there.

Week 8 puts the Packers against the Rams. A team who, toward the end of last season, showed that they’re right there when it comes to the NFC’s elites. Especially defensively.

Particularly after the off-season signings of Aqib Talib and Ndamukong Suh. The Packers aren’t far behind in that regards with the signing of Veterans Tramon Williams and Muhammad Wilkerson.

The Packers have owned the Rams for the previous five matches dating back to 2007. I expect that streak to end this year. The Rams are younger, more aggressive and their defense isn’t going to have any problems stopping the likes of Davante Adams, Randall Cobb and Jimmy Graham.

Prediction: Close game, but the Rams win. Record: 7-3
