Detroit Lions: Weeks 5 and 17

In Weeks 5 and 17 we get more high-octane football between Rodgers and Matthew Stafford when the Packers and Detroit Lions meet.

The Packers lost both matches to the Lions last year, both of which featured no Rodgers. Both losses by double digits and a combined 37 points. With Rodgers back, that should easily change.

The Lions did nothing to fix their defensive front and I feel like that’ll kill them again this year. I fully anticipate the Lions to regress. Even with the hiring of Ex-Patriots defensive coordinator Matt Patricia as head coach.

Fully expect two high scoring games from these teams and fully expect the Packers to win both.

Prediction: Packers with the season sweep. Record: 6-2
