Chicago Bears: Week 1 and 15

Weeks 1 and 15 feature the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears tussling. The Packers have won the last four meetings by a combined 47 points. I expect that streak to end at some point this season.

Chicago bolstered it’s already above average defense in the draft, drafting three linebackers and a defensive tackle. They also brought in a few offensive weapons for quarterback Mitchell Trubisky with Allen Robinson, Taylor Gabriel and Trey Burton which should help their league-low passing and receiving attack.

New head coach Matt Nagy, formerly the offensive coordinator of the Kansas City Chiefs, and his new offensive coordinator, former Head Coach of the high-octane Oregon Ducks, should help establish an offense capable of keeping up with anyone. Giving Chicago’s defense an even greater chance to shine.

Prediction: Split the season series. Record: 1-1
