Starter: Malcolm Brogdon

Second Unit: Donte DiVincenzo (R)

Second Unit/Spark Plug: Sterling Brown

Depth/G-League: Xavier Mumford

This is where it gets the most interesting. Any of these three could end up starting; Malcolm Brogdon, Donte DiVincenzo or Tony Snell. But as we just finished up the draft, it makes sense for the former Rookie of the Year to be the starter.

He thrived working with Khris Middleton and Giannis Antetokounmpo over his first two years, but never quite found his groove as a second unit guy after Bledsoe was acquired. The Bucks will work better with him and Bledsoe working off the ball where each can work to their strengths (Bledsoe driving, Brogdon shooting from outside). Brogdon’s also the best defensive guard on the team.

Behind him is the duo of DiVincenzo and Sterling Brown. This year’s first-round pick should be able to provide hustle points, doing the little things and shooting from deep. Brown is one of the best sharpshooters on the team and found a niche as a steadying influence off the bench when things got chaotic.

Xavier Mumford is a developing prospect who showed flashes last year, but is likely ticketed for a sting in the G-League in Oshkosh.
