3. Tamba Hali

Tamba Hali has had one of the best careers of anyone on this list. He made five consecutive Pro Bowls from 2011 to 2015 with the Kansas City Chiefs. Unfortunately, that streak was stopped a couple of seasons ago and he hasn’t been the same player as he grows older.

During his prime, Hali was one of the most disruptive 3-4 outside linebackers in the NFL. He registered a career-high 14.5 sacks in 2010. He didn’t record a sack in five games last year, but put up 6.5 and six sacks respectively the two years previously.

At 34-years-old, he’s one of the oldest players on this list, but he has the most extensive history of success in the NFL. He would also bring another veteran presence and could become a nice part-time player for the Packers.
