The Milwaukee Brewers used up most of their runs yesterday, but the DSL Brewers had some to spare, even after their 10 run game yesterday.

The Helena Brewers were not so lucky, as they got rained out. The Mudcats played two as a makeup of a rainout, while the Timber Rattlers struggled and the Shuckers went to extra innings. Here’s the roundup for the Milwaukee Brewers‘ farm system…

Rookie:

F DSL Brewers – 14, DSL Cardinals Red – 5

  • Things for off to a shaky start but the Brewers scored 13 unanswered runs to take the W.

June 17 Games:

  • Class A Wisconsin (31-37) give the ball to Dylan File for the finale against Kane County.
  • Class A+ Carolina (33-36) wrap up their series with Myrtle Beach.
  • Class AA Biloxi (41-28) send Trey Supak (#21) to the mound in search of his first AA victory.
  • Class AAA Colorado Springs (35-31) continue their series with the Salt Lake Bees.

What To Watch For:

  • Trey Supak (#21) is showing why the hardest minor league jump is from High-A to Double-A. Thus far, he is 0-3 in his four starts with Biloxi and carrying a 6.30 ERA. Eventually Trey Supak will figure out how to pitch at this level, and hopefully he will be ace-like for this start.
