These five players would represent a best-case scenario for the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2018 NBA Draft and have the front office jumping for joy.

The Milwaukee Bucks are hoping for a miracle in the 2018 NBA Draft and that miracle could come in the form of one of these five players sliding to No. 17 overall.

With the team strapped against the salary cap and in danger of going over the luxury cap depending on the status of restricted free agent Jabari Parker, they need contributors on cheap, rookie contracts. And there might not be a better place to find one than with the 17th pick in this year’s draft.

This year’s class is loaded with talent at the top, but is also a fairly deep one. There project to be a few potential contributors remaining when the Bucks get on the clock. This should allow Milwaukee to find a player who can enter their rotation in 2018-19.

The five players on this list may not be the most realistic targets, but nobody can ever predict for sure what’s going to happen come draft night. That’s why we are going to dive in and list the five players who would represent a best-case scenario for the Bucks should they remain available when it’s the Bucks turn to pick.
