1. Make it out of the First Round

You have to back to the 2000-01 season for the last time the Bucks made it out of the first round of the playoffs. You have to go back even farther, to the 1985-87 seasons for the last time the team made it past the first round in consecutive seasons.

The Eastern Conference could look drastically different this offseason, with LeBron possibly leaving for the West and other teams experiencing turnover. The Bucks have dealt with the injury bug to key players, such as Jabari Parker and Malcolm Brogdon, which slows the team’s ability to gel together and develop a better offensive and defensive game plan.

Rumors have circulated in the past year or so of Giannis being traded for the team to start a rebuild without him. However, the team has made no indication that there are trading him, which means that they need to compete while he is moving into his prime.

With at least two long-term deals still left in his career, if the team doesn’t show the ability to be competitive, Giannis could demand a trade or leave on his own.
