2. Matthew Stafford, Detroit Lions

Matthew Stafford is one of the most proficient quarterbacks in NFL history and he comes in at No. 2 on this list. The NFC North is loaded at the quarterback position, so he should be ecstatic with this position.

Stafford isn’t the gunslinger he was earlier in his career, but that doesn’tmean he can’t carry his team. The Lions are a much more balanced team these days so there’s a lot less weight on his shoulders.

Regardless, Stafford if one of, if not THE, most physically gifted quarterbacks in the NFL. He can sling the ball into the tightest of holes and can throw the ball further than just about anyone. Given Detroit’s focus on the passing game, Stafford is set to have a big year in 2018.
