4. Mitchell Trubisky, Chicago Bears

Predictably, Mitchell Trubisky comes in at No. 4 for the Chicago Bears. Trubisky was the second overall pick last season and impressed some with his arm strength and natural ability.

However, his decision making and lack of sufficient weapons around him left a lot to be desired.

Trubisky should be better than last year by the basic laws of development. However, the improved weapons around him will help out a lot. Look for the Bears to continue to build around their defense and run game and move Trubisky around on an incremental basis.
