2. Ha Ha Clinton-Dix

Ha Ha Clinton-Dix is a former Pro Bowl and All-Pro player on this list and has proven he can do it in the past. For whatever reason, he struggled mightily last season.

Clinton-Dix hasn’t been bashful about sharing his thoughts on the subject, pointing toward the lack of talent surrounding him on the defensive side of the ball. However, it goes much deeper than that.

At times, he appeared to be way out of position, completely taking himself out of a play. Even some of the times when he was where he was supposed to be, he displayed a lack of will to make the necessary plays. Often times, he ducked his head while trying to make a tackle and completely whiffed on his man.

Barring a miraculous turnaround from last season, Clinton-Dix may have already played the best football of his career.
