4. Geronimo Allison

Geronimo Allison is another young player Green Bay is preparing to count on at a position they failed to address via free agency this season. In fact, the Packers even took a step backward by releasing Jordy Nelson, thus moving Allison further up the depth chart.

Allison’s had some nice games throughout his career that point to his potential as the third wide receiver on the Packers’ depth chart. However, these flashes are more often accompanied by complete disappearances from the passing game.

At 6-foot-3, he has the height and length the Packers are looking for, but possesses few other traits that can help him on the football field. To count on him to step up in the passing game this season is probably a mistake.
