The Green Bay Packers have a chance at returning to the playoffs this season, However, these five players are overrated in that quest.

The Green Bay Packers will be counting on many players to step up and rebound from poor performances last season. That’s a must-have if they want to return to the playoffs.

Certainly, some of their guys will step up to the plate and pour in career-years for their team. Unfortunately, some of the guys will continue their regression or straight-up poor play. That’s just the nature of the game for any team. It’s very unlikely to see a large group of players having career years for one team. And when it does happen, that team tends to win the Super Bowl (See the Philadelphia Eagles).

For the Packers, these are five players who won’t live up to the demands placed on them by the organization, media and fans next season. These guys may be seen as having a high ceiling, but won’t reach that potential in 2018 for one reason or another.

Without further ado, let’s dive in.
