4. David Bakhtiari, Left Tackle

The three most important positions on a team are quarterback, pass rusher and left tackle. David Bakhtiari happens to play one of those, which alone merits his top five ranking. Add in the fact he’s one of the best players on the team, and you have the No. 4 spot on the list.

Just like Sitton and Lang, Bakhtiari was drafted in… you guessed it, the fourth round. It took some time to cultivate his skills, but as of a couple years ago he’s developed into the best pass-blocking left tackle in the NFL – and one of the best overall.

Bakhtiari was named to his first and only Pro Bowl in 2016, and very easily could have been named to a few more. He was also a second-team all-pro that same season. At just 26-years-old, Bakhtiari hasn’t reached his full potential either. Like fine wine, he’ll only get better with age. With more experience comes more aptitude.

By the end of his career, Bakhtiari could be one of the best Packers of all-time. He’ll need to continue the path he’s on, but his recent performance suggests nothing will change.
