89. 2. Real Madrid/ Slovenia. Luka Doncic. player. Stats. Pick Analysis. Point Guard

This is the cream of the 2018 draft crop. You’ll notice they are all still teenagers which continues to be the growing trend in NBA Drafts.

To begin with, Marvin Bagley III is the modern and versatile players teams love. He doesn’t have a position, which could become a problem, but he can do everything well. If it all comes together, he will join the new breed of big men who can defend multiple positions, rebounds, and score inside and outside.

Mohamed Bamba has an incredible 7-foot-10 wingspan. He’s still a raw prospect, however, should he put it all together, he will be the best paint defender in the league.

Jaren Jackson Jr. is one of the safer picks in the draft despite still being 18-years-old. He can play well on both ends of the court. He’ll need to improve offensively, but he’s a great pick to have in the top three.

Luka Doncic sits at No. 1 on a lot of draft boards, but he’s No. 2 here. He’s a great playmaker who makes some of the best passes you’ll ever see. And at 6-foot-8, he can see over defenses and do what he wants to smaller defenders.

Deandre Ayton comes in at the top of the big board and will be an incredible player in the NBA. He has the potential to not only be great on both ends of the court, but to completely dominate as well. He can do everything well and should push Karl-Anthony Towns for the best modern big man in the league.
