15. Jeff Janis

Jeff Janis may be more a product of recency bias than anything else, but fans had a weird infatuation with this receiver who produced very little on the field results.

Perhaps, it was the combination of athletic traits that intrigued people more than anything else. At 6-foot-3, Janis was incredibly fast (4.42 40-yard dash) and could jump out of his mind (37.5-inch vertical leap). This potential always intrigued fans and made them believe he could become something special.

Unfortunately, he was never really able to come through in any consistent fashion. During his best season in 2016, he recorded 11 receptions for 93 yards and one touchdown.

Of course, there were always the games that teased the heck out of fans, including the 2015 divisional round game against the Arizona Cardinals where he seven receptions for 145 yards and two touchdowns. In the end, Janis moved on from the Packers without ever showing the fans what they really wanted-a good wide receiver.
