2. Aaron Kampman

Aaron Kampman is a mid-western guy who knows all about what it takes to be a Green Bay Packer. He was a dominant player for a stretch of time and none of it thanks to supreme athleticism or skills that other players didn’t possess.

He was the hardest working guy on the field on every down and never gave up on a play. From whistle to whistle, he was committed to outworking the man who lined up in front of him.

Kampman was selected with the 156th overall pick in the fifth round of the 2002 draft and played eight of his ten seasons with the Packers. As a defensive end, he was stout both against the run and the pass and was a complete player.

He recorded 15.5 sacks in 2006 and 12 in 2007, earning him his only two trips to the Pro Bowl. His play and his relentless effort paved a special place in fans’ hearts for Kampman.
