15. Ryan Longwell

Yes! Finally, some kicker love! And Ryan Longwell deserves all of it.

Despite leaving Green Bay for the hated Minnesota Vikings in 2006, Longwell comes in at No. 15 on this list due to his amazing reliability. He was acquired off waivers from the San Francisco 49ers in 1997 and immediately stepped in for Chris Jacke, connecting on 80 percent of his field goal attempts his rookie season.

From 2000-2005 (his last year with the Packers), Longwell connected on 80.4 percent of his field goal attempts (highest by any player in the decade) and 99.2 percent of his extra points. He did have one really bad season in 2001 when he only made 64.5 percent of his kicks and finished his Packers’ career by only making 74.1 percent in 2005.

Other than that, he was spectacular, making at least 82.4 percent in the four other seasons. In the long run, he was about as durable and reliable as they come.
