Green Bay Packers: The 20 best players from 2000-09
16. Cullen Jenkins
Cullen Jenkins is another undrafted free agent success story and the second straight one on this list. The Packers signed him in 2003 and he went on to make a name for himself right away in the NFL.
During his first year with Green Bay, he appeared in all 16 games and even recorded 4.5 sacks. He continued to build off that season and got better and better every year. His career-high came in 2010, the year the Packers won the Super Bowl when he recorded seven sacks. In all, he had 29 on his resume in Green Bay.
Jenkins’ sack numbers don’t tell the whole story, however, as he spent most of his career in the 3-4 scheme which doesn’t always set defensive linemen up for success in the box scores. He was a great teammate and run stopper as well, always doing his job to the max.
