17. Ryan Grant

Ryan Grant is one of the greatest undrafted players in Packers’ history. He was originally signed by the New York Giants in 2005, but was traded to the Packers in 2007 when he made his debut.

He had a great first season in Green Bay, almost getting to the 1000 yard mark. He ultimately finished just shy with 956 yards, but that only came on 188 attempts. The 5.1 yards per carry was the high point of his career, but it showed the Packers they really had something in Grant.

The next two years, he posted back to back 1200-plus yard seasons and established himself as a premier running back in the NFL.

Unfortunately, he suffered an ankle injury in the 2010 opener and had to miss the rest of the season following surgery. He never truly returned to form, playing only one more full season in Green Bay and recording 559 yards on the ground.

He ended his tenure with the second-most rushing yards of the decade with 3412. Not bad for a guy who really only played two full seasons as the starter.
