20. Marco Rivera

We’ve got to give the offensive linemen some love and Marco Rivera kicks off this list. As far as this decade is concerned, he spent half of it with the Packers, playing from 2000-2004.

During that time, he made three consecutive Pro Bowl rosters from 2002-2004 before leaving for the Dallas Cowboys for the final two seasons of his career. Those Pro Bowl appearances were long overdue, as he was a staple of the Packers line since his first season in 1997.

The former sixth-round draft pick was a steady presence at right guard and allowed Green Bay to do many things including run right behind him. He embodies the type of old-school players we think of when we look back at that era and he will never be replaced.
