Green Bay Packers: The 20 best players from 2000-09
12. Mark Tauscher
Finally, another offensive lineman! Mark Tauscher, the former Wisconsin Badger, comes in at No. 12 on this list, as he anchored the right side of the offensive line for the entire decade.
Drafted in the seventh round back in 2000, Tauscher went on to start 128 games from 2000-09, which is tied for the second-most on the team.
He was a solid offensive lineman who was never elected to a Pro Bowl, but earned the respect of his teammates and opposition alike. Throughout the entire decade, Green Bay didn’t have to worry about the right tackle position, as he was as reliable as they come. He was certainly a fan favorite due to his Wisconsin roots (both college and growing up in Auburndale, Wisconsin) and everyone was sad to see him retire in 2010.
